A journey of discovery explored the ritual forms of Carnival in Valdisieve, through living traditions, memories, and historical archives.
Marco Magistrali and Filippo Marranci, from the association’s Research and Archives Commission, guided participants in understanding the meanings behind Carnival, which traditionally ran from 5 January to Ash Wednesday.
Documents from L.A.S.C.I.T.O., including materials from the Tramontana project and other regional archives, were presented.
