Storytelling performance

This is an initiative of Eth Ostau Comengés as part of the “Creative Europe Tramontana IV” project.

At the Espaci Occitan in Pamiers, Jean-Paul Ferré presented a storytelling performance entirely in Occitan, based on tales from the oral tradition of the central Pyrenees collected by Eth Ostau Comengés. The stories are linked to the mountains, water, the forest and agro-pastoral practices, and feature a gallery of fantastic characters and talking animals. The performance, designed for all generations, was attended by 30 people.
