GO2 Sustainable Urban Planning Organization was founded in 2012 by a group of young experts from various disciplines with focus on urban/regional planning, and it is one of the main actors in spatial planning in the mountains of Albania. Its mission is focused on better quality of life in our communities, and more specifically in the Shkoder region. For 11 years, it is engaged on built and natural environment issues, the cultural heritage and landscape in the mountain areas in north of Albania, like: research on KULLA as vernacular architecture and the lifestyle (tangible and intangible heritage), traditional dressings like Xhubleta, in the mountain rural areas.
