From June 30th to July 4th, 2025, a distinctive series of culinary workshops took participants on a journey across continents, celebrating multiculturalism and the diversity of ethnic cuisines. Participants were welcomed in a warm and collaborative environment at local community centers in Łąki, Kady, and Książenice.
The workshops offered a space for discovery, creativity, and cultural exchange through cooking. Participants explored diverse culinary traditions, learning about ingredients, techniques, and food cultures from around the world, including those of European mountain regions.
Each session invited participants to prepare dishes inspired by different regions, transforming simple ingredients into vibrant culinary creations. From aromatic herbs to colorful spices, the workshops were filled with new tastes and shared experiences.
This week of culinary exploration aimed to bring people together, deepen cultural understanding, and highlight the power of food as a universal language.
